Cheat Days

Let's not forget the importance of cheat days when you're on a weight loss plan. I once read that cheat days are necessary in order to prevent overindulging. I actually just baked some chocolate chip cookies and have no problem eating them lol. The weekends are actually my only days off from working out. Unless I skip a day during the week, I typically do not work out on Saturday and Sunday. Those are my rest days. Even though I tend to still be busy with work and other things.
